- Assist with quotations to ensure proper wording is applied
- Assurance that payment terms are in proper order
- Complete necessary forms (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Dock Receipts, NAFTA, Canadian Customs Invoice, etc…) at time of shipment
- Arrangement of proper equipment for shipment pickup
- Consistent contact with the freight forwarder to ensure the shipment is picked up on schedule.
- If your customer requires a freight forwarder, we can arrange for one to contact them to provide a freight quote.
